The launch day of the DATAIA Institute was held on Thursday, February 15, and brought together nearly 200 people at CentraleSupélec on the Saclay plateau. This event was an opportunity to present the Institute, its vocation, its objectives and how researchers from member institutions can respond to calls for projects launched by the Institute to obtain funding for their research projects.

Nozha Boujemaa, Director of the DATAIA Institute and Director of Research Inria, reports that this day was "to illustrate the union of founding institutions around an ambitious scientific project, to present the scope of our work, our paper and our scientific actions, it was also an opportunity to discuss with members and our industrial partners the interdisciplinary challenges and priorities of the Institute as well as scientific, technological, legal, economic and ethical barriers the Institute aims to raise. Expectations of the academic and industrial worlds are very high. "
