On November 19 and 20 at CentraleSupélec (Université Paris-Saclay), participants will collaborate across disciplines to explore how artificial intelligence can help improve health, well-being, sustainability, and safety. Through plenary lectures, oral presentations, poster sessions, and discussions organized around three thematic areas—followed by a plenary summary session—participants will examine the opportunities and challenges associated with AI, including ethical issues, new avenues for research, and the integration of diverse scientific, technological, and societal perspectives.
By bringing together expertise from a variety of disciplines, this workshop aims to explore how artificial intelligence can support the One Health approach (human, animal, and environmental health) by fostering interdisciplinary and innovative solutions.
Topics Covered
- Human and Animal Health and Medicine — Prevention, public health, well-being, zoonoses, digital health;
- Humanities and Social Sciences for One Health — Ethics, inclusion, governance, public policy, behavior, societal impact of AI;
- Environment, Resources, and Resilience — Biodiversity, climate change, food security, resources, environmental risks, sovereignty, and interdependencies.
Format: Lectures – Roundtables – Oral presentations and poster sessions – Thematic discussions and summary sessions
