DataIA Institute welcomes a new academic and industrial partner with the arrival of IPSA, the aerospace engineering school, in the  Partnership in AI Club. This partnership strengthens the connections between artificial intelligence research, data science and the major challenges facing the aerospace sector.

The  Partnership in AI Club (PAI) brings together academic and industrial stakeholders involved in the development and application of artificial intelligence. By joining this community, IPSA becomes part of the scientific and technological ecosystem of Université Paris Saclay and contributes to strengthening dialogue between academic research and industrial needs.

IPSA, an engineering school specializing in aeronautics, space, and mobility, grounds its scientific commitment in a clear mission: to contribute to the technological and environmental transformation of aeronautical systems and mobility infrastructure.

Through its Research and Innovation Department (DR2I), IPSA structures its scientific activities around complex physical systems, energy, materials, control, and data science, with a particular focus on the challenges of decarbonizing air and space transportation.

In these fields, artificial intelligence and data technologies serve as key drivers:

  • Energy optimization.

  • Data-driven design.

  • Predictive maintenance.

  • Hybrid energy sources.

  • Control of onboard systems

  • Advanced modeling of flows and materials.

This partnership opens new opportunities for scientific and technological collaboration between researchers, engineers and industrial partners, supporting responsible innovation in aeronautics and space.
