French Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority (ASNR)
The French Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority (ASNR) is responsible for research and expert appraisal of civil nuclear activities and radiation protection in France, as well as establishing regulations for the proper operation of these activities. It is also responsible for monitoring the application of these regulations in the areas concerned by these activities.
