The 3rd edition of the DATAIA Workshop "Safety & AI", whose scientific committee is composed of François Terrier (CEA), Pablo Piantanida (CentraleSupélec), Thomas Robert (Télécom Paris), Philippe Dague (Université Paris-Saclay), Michel Batteux (SystemX) and Frédéric Chazal (Inria) will be held on December 13, 2021 at the Inria Saclay - Ile-de-France centre, but also online, in order to allow as many people as possible to participate.

Following the success of the previous editions, the DATAIA Workshop dedicated to the reliability of artificial intelligence returns in December with the aim of bringing together researchers and industrialists from the relevant disciplines to share knowledge and challenges in these fields, consolidate a locally rooted research community and pave the way for the construction of joint projects.

Registration is free of charge but subject to availability.

Programme

The day will consist of academic and industrial presentations, poster sessions and panel discussions for which we are launching a call for contributions.

We will have the pleasure of welcoming in particular Marc Schoenauer, Director of Research at Inria Saclay - Île-de-France, a leading figure in the field of AI, who campaigns in particular for the anticipation of the ethical risks associated with AI.

We will also devote a special session to the Confiance.ai programme, the largest technological research programme of the AI for Humanity plan, which should make France one of the leading countries in AI.

Detailed programme of the day to be published soon.

Proposals for scientific presentations of advanced research work are also welcome and will be selected according to the balance of themes and available slots.
