Nathalie Lassau

Professor Nathalie Lassau, Knight of the Legion of Honor (2025) and of the Academic Palms (2023), is a university professor and hospital practitioner in radiology at Paris-Saclay University and co-director of the Biomaps UMR1281 CEA INSERM CNRS laboratory. A specialist in cancer centers, she led the INCa STIC DCE-US multicenter study, validating a predictive biomarker in contrast-enhanced ultrasound integrated into international guidelines. She heads the Institute for Advanced Biomedical Training (IFSBM) and supervises ultrasound training for interns. Author of more than 185 publications, she holds several institutional and scientific positions, including Vice-President of the French Society of Radiology and member of international medical imaging organizations. She also organized the first artificial intelligence data challenge during the Francophone Radiology Days (2018), bringing together 25 teams working on 5,000 patients.
