The leadership team at the DataIA Paris-Saclay Institute is expanding with the arrival of three new deputy directors, who will help advance the Institute’s goals and support the development of its initiatives in training, research, and innovation.
Fatiha Saïs, Deputy Director - Training
Fatiha Saïs has been appointed Deputy Director of Education, effective September 1, 2026. A professor of computer science at Paris Saclay University, she leads a team at the LISN laboratory and oversees a master’s program in computer science.
Philippe Ciuciu, Deputy Director - Research
Philippe Ciuciu has been appointed Deputy Director of Research, effective September 1, 2026. As a research director at the CEA, he leads the MIND team (CEA Inria).
Renaud Monnet, Deputy Director - Transformation
Renaud Monnet has served as Deputy Director of Transformation since June 2, 2026. He is the Director of the Paris Digital Lab and of Information Systems at CentraleSupélec.
A New Team Joins the Institute’s Leadership
Alongside Frédéric Pascal, Director of the DataIA Paris-Saclay Institute, and Lucas Tourny, Executive Director, Fatiha Saïs, Philippe Ciuciu, and Renaud Monnet will help advance the Institute’s goals and support the development of its various initiatives.
The Institute extends its warmest thanks to Sarah Cohen-Boulakia and Demian Wassermann, the former Deputy Directors, whose terms are coming to an end and who have contributed greatly to the Institute during a crucial period in the establishment of the DataIA cluster.
